Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery to you.
This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. Please don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are definitely on the way!

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
When asking for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

When you pay via PayPal, the shipping address is taken from your PayPal account so you don’t have to fill out the forms.
Please check the delivery address inside your PayPal account and make sure it is correct. If not, please contact us and, provided the order has not already been dispatched, we may be able to change the address for you.

Average Worldwide delivery time is between 15-25 business days, but due to high demand and the decrease in the numbers of parcels sent worldwide, some shipments may take slightly longer. For this reason, we ask all customers to please allow 35 business days before contacting us regarding shipping.
